The ground floor of the villa features a double garage leading from the solid-wood floored entrance hall on one side and a large utility room on the other, offering storage space for all your beach equipment, wet suits and hire bikes.

This cool room also has double doors which open on to a small patio and the gardens, offering a cool shady spot to take an afternoon nap. It also leads you straight out to the private boat dock and those fabulous bay views.
