    Polished granite counter tops, solid wood cabinetry and top of the range stainless steel appliances make the gourmet kitchen a great place to prepare anything from a light breakfast, to a family lunch or fully fledged dinner party. Laundry is no problem with your own separate large capacity washer/dryer.


    Other amenities include TV & DVD, Cat-5 computer wiring, high-speed elevator, central vacuum system and a large open veranda overlooking the pool and beach. As you would expect in a vacation rental of this superb standard, the provision of free high speed internet access allows you to keep in touch with business or family & friends.

    Living Area

    The living area of La Plage 5 is professionally decorated with opulent, conmfortable Hemingway style furnishings, glowing hardwoods, rattans and lush fabrics. A large screen TV and DVD lets you catch up on news and movies and you can listen to your favorite CDs on the stereo.


    Large glass sliders open on to the balcony overlook the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sit out and watch dolphins swimming by and boats drifting by out on the horizon. The sunsets are spectacular, just sit out on your balcony, sip a cocktail and watch the sun slip over the horizon, lighting up the sky with glowing colors.


    Meals can be taken in the beautiful dining area, at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony. Hi-Speed internet access or the guest phone allows you to keep in touch with business, family and friends.

    Kitchen

    Sleek polished granite countertops, custom solid wood cabinetry and top of the range stainless steel appliances make the gourmet kitchen a great place to prepare anything from a light breakfast, to a family lunch or a fully fledged dinner party. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances including a glossy ceramic hob, oven and broiler, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.


    There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing oard.

    Bedrooms

    All the bedrooms have top quality beds and fine linens. The Master Suite has glass sliders that lead out to a balcony overlooking the gulf waters. The exclusive Hemingway theme has been carried through into this room with the king size bed and furnishings, There is a private master bathroom and a walk-in closet.


    Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and Bedroom 3 has a comfortable queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa.

    Bathrooms

    All of the bathrooms have elegant granite counter tops, the very best quality fixtures and ceramic tiles. The private master bathroom has a unique rain shower system and bathtub.


    Bathroom 2 has a tub and shower, while the third bathroom is a half bath.


    Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

    The Mediterranean style architecture and lush landscaping give you that real vacation feeling as soon as you lay eyes on this glamorous property.     Park in the cool of the undercover parking garage, then use the elevator to transport your luggage.
