Directly on the beach and Gulf of Mexico, La Casa Costiera is right on the edge of seven miles of white sugar sands that fringe the water's edge This superb direct beachfront condo is in an ultra exclusive gated complex comprising just 12 properties. The architecture is an exotic fusion of Italian, Tuscan and Spanish Mediterranean detail.


Tall, elegant columns, wrought iron balconies and arch top windows are complemented by richly color-washed walls and green shutters. The gardens and grounds have been thoughtfully designed to create a densely lush sub-tropical village atmosphere, dotted with walks and benches leading to the large pool and gazebo and directly on to the sands. The swimming pool area also has a separate Jacuzzi hot tub to relax in.  If you like to cook out during your island vacation  there is a charcoal grill, a gas grill and an outdoor fireplace.

 

La Casa Costiera 5 has been professionally decorated and this is evident as soon as you arrive and walk through the front door. Your immediate reaction is just to gaze out at the incredible view over the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Then you take a walk around the rooms.  The innovative interior designer has made good use of natural colors and finishes in fabrics and furnishings. Rattan, leather, silky cottons and linens feature throughout with innovative accents resulting in casually elegant comfortable beachfront living at its finest.

Living Area

Walk through the living area and pause at the windows to admire the breathtaking views out over the water, then look around you. The living area of this beautiful direct beach front property is furnished in comtemporary style with 9ft ceilings, a huge elegant floor mirror, chandelier light fixture, glass table and plushly upholstered dining room chairs.


The beautiful blue of the Gulf of Mexico is reflected in the color of the long drapes that frame the sliders overlooking the water; the marble, cabinetry and ceramic tiles cleverly echo the natural colors found along the coastline of Anna Maria Island. Lounge on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite program on the large flat screen TV. The furnishings, custom cabinetry and artwork are ravishing and combine to please the most discerning of our guests.


When you are not out on the island enjoying one of the many local restaurants serve lunch or dinner in the elegant dining area or eat casually at the granite-topped breakfast bar.


Large sliders lead out on to the extensive west-facing wrap-around balcony, the perfect place to enjoy 'al fresco' dining and sunset cocktails or watch our spectacular Florida sunsets that light up the whole sky with colors that are reflected in the Gulf as the sun slips over the distant horizon.

Kitchen

Enjoy a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with lavish granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances to include refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, wine cooler, ceramic top hob and oven/broiler. Breakfast can be a casual affair seated around the large granite topped breakfast bar.


Custom cabinetry contains pots, pans, dishes, silverware and small appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom, plus a balcony overlooking the Gulf.


Bedroom 2 has queen bed, while bedroom 3 has a comfortable day bed and an extra mattress to accommodate another two persons.

Bathrooms

The master bathroom has luxury tub for two and shower for two.


Bathroom 2 has a shower, Bathroom 3 is a half bath.


Bathrooms are all supplied with freshly laundered towels.

Outside

La Casa Costiera is directly on the beach with just 100 paces across the white sugar sands to the water's edge. This brand new direct beachfront condo is in an ultra exclusive gated complex comprising just 12 properties.


The gardens and grounds have been thoughtfully designed to create a densely lush sub-tropical village atmosphere, dotted with walks and benches leading to the large pool and gazebo and directly on to the sands. Swim in the electrically heated swimming pool and sit back and relax in the separate hot tub. There are two grills and an outdoor fireplace if you like to cook out during your island vacation.


Undercover parking is provided in the cool of the garage.
