This direct beachfront is a first class Mediterranean style condominium constructed right on the edge of the seven miles of white sands stretching the length of Anna Maria Island. The 2000 sq ft Beachview has direct views out over the Gulf of Mexico and the beach and from your large private balcony you can watch the dolphins swim by and revel in the amazing Florida sunsets. Sip a cocktail and watching the sun slip gently over the horizon.

 

Professionally decorated, Beachview has all latest state of the art technology including high speed internet access, free phone service within the USA, flat screen televisions with HBO, DVDs in every room and stereo.

 

Park in the undercover garage and make your way up in the elevator or the stairs to Beachview. This magnificent light and airy apartment has the best of everything including the most comfortable beds with top quality mattresses, fine linens, high ceilings and views to die for. The open plan living area has large glass sliders that lead out onto the screened lanai. With state of the art gourmet kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the condo will accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

Swim in the large pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or the on loungers on the pool decking, then take a stroll at sunset down the boardwalk over the waving sea-grasses and straight onto the sands to watch the sun slip gently over the horizon, lighting up the sky with a myriad of colors.  Strolling the beach looking for small fossils and seashells is a great way to unwind.

Living Area

The magnificent light and airy open plan living area in Beachview has glass sliders leading out onto a screened lanai that overlooks the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Nine-foot high ceilings, recessed lighting and burnished wood floors and soft leather sofas combine to create an elegant yet casual environment.


Sit back and watch HBO or a DVD on the large flat screen plasma TV, listen to surround sound or stroll out onto the lanai and listen to the waves gently lap the shore. Sip a cocktail and watch the spectacular Florida sunsets as the sun slips gently over the horizon.

Kitchen

The state of the art gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and a great breakfast bar for light meals and snacks. Stainless steel appliances include ceramic microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker,dishwasher, ceramic hob & oven and is well equipped - dine on the lanai, at the breakfast bar or use the dining table. The natural wood cabinetry is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware and small appliances.


There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds with top quality mattresses, fine linens and beautiful quilts so you are assured of a great night's sleep.


The Master bedroom suite has far reaching views out of the Gulf, a king size bed with traditional style quilt & rose trim, walk in closet and its own private bathroom


Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Colors are pale ivory, cream, mint and peach.

Bathrooms

The private Master bathroom has bathtub, double shower, smooth granite countertops and marble sink set into wood cabinetry.

The second guest bathroom has bathtub & shower granite, counter tops and cabinetry.


Freshly laundered towels in all bathrooms.

Outside

First impressions of this beautiful Mediterranean style building are of brick paved drive & walkways, well tended lush tropical landscaping and tall waving palm trees. Park in the cool of the private garage. Around the large heated pool overlooking the Gulf, loungers are waiting for you stretch out take in some Florida sunshine. Cool off in the pool then try the Jacuzzi spa. Waving sea oats frame the pool area and a short board walk over the sea oats takes you straight on to the seven miles of white sand beaches that fringe Anna Maria Island.


There is a grill by the pool for impromptu cook-outs so you can eat in the open air overlooking the beach or picnic beachside. Try this at sunset in the early evening - bathed in the spectacular colors of a Florida sunset and then stroll the beach as the sun slips gently over the horizon.
