Price Bands are a rough indication of prices to allow you to search for a property in your price range. These prices have been obtained by taking an average of all the season rates but it does not indicate a true price. 

Price Band A =  up to and over $3,000 

Price Band B = up to and over  $2,750 to $3,000

Price Band C = up to and over  $2,500 to $2,750

Price Band D = up to and over  $2,250 to $2,500

Price Band E = up to and over  $2,000 to $2250

Price Band F = up to and over  $2,000
